John L. Wilson Arena and Eagles Arena

John L. Wilson Arena and Eagles Arena are regulation hockey arenas, and the home of the Jamestown Blue Jay Hockey Team.  Eagles Arena has a sand floor and Wilson arena has a concrete floor. During the months of November through March the Arenas are used for hockey, figure skating, youth hockey games and tournaments, the annual Ice Show, recreational beginning skating ages 3-6, public indoor walking and public skating (During public skating sessions we do offer special nights for added fun).  The arena may also be rented for private parties and events or just to have a skating party.  So when it starts to get chilly out remember John L. Wilson Arena for Fun!!!!!!!! If you have any questions call the arena office at 252-3939.  

 
PUBLIC SKATING AT WILSON ARENA
The Jamestown Parks and Recreation Department offers public skating during the winter months.  Daily Admission is: Children - $2.00, Adults - $3.00 and Families - $5.00.  Punch cards (12 punches) are now available – Children - $20.00, Adults - $30.00, Family - $50.00. Skate Rentals - $20.00.  Skate Rentals are available - $2.00.  Skate sharpening - $3.00.   Check out www.jamestownparksandrec.com for dates, times and updates on public skating.

SKATE SHARPENING
Keep your skates sharp throughout the skating season.  Buy an individual sharpening ticket for $3.00 or buy a booklet for $30.00 for 12 sharpening, a savings of $6.00, available at the Wilson Arena office.

 
HALLOWEEN PARTY - JOHN L. WILSON ARENA
The Jamestown Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring the 21st Annual Halloween Party, October 31, 7:00-9:00pm at Wilson Arena.  Free skating, games, door prizes and costume contest.  Come join the FUN!!
