Winter Activities
PUBLIC SKATING AT WILSON ARENA
The Jamestown Parks and Recreation Department offers public skating from September through April.
Join us on the dates/times listed below for Open Skate:
January 3, 10, 17, 24 from 7:15pm – 8:15 in Eagles Arena
January 7, 14, 21, 28 from 7:15pm – 8:15pm in Wilson Arena
February 4, 11, 18, 25 from 7:15pm – 8:15pm in Wilson Arena
February 7, 14, 21, 28 from 7:15pm – 8:15 in Eagles Arena
March 3, 10, 31 from 7:15pm – 8:15pm in Wilson Arena
March 6, 13, 27 from 7:15pm – 8:15 in Eagles Arena
Daily Admission:
Children – $5.00, Adults – $8.00 and Families – $15.00.
Ice Skate Rentals – $5.00.
Skate sharpening is also available.
BUNKER WARMING HOUSE – SLEDDING
The Bunker will not be open as a warming house but sledding is available when there is enough snow to sled!
Hours of Operation:
Mon-Fri. 3:30-5:30pm
Saturday and Sunday 11:00am-5:30pm
OUTDOOR SKATING AND WARMING HOUSES
Warming Houses and skating is available at McElroy, Buchholz and Meidinger as soon as the ice skating rinks are open.
Hours of Operations:
Monday-Friday: 3:30pm – 7:30pm.
Saturday/Sunday: 11:00am – 5:30pm

The Bunker and Park Warming houses will NOT open for skating or sledding if Outdoor Temperature and/or Wind Chill Temperature are 15 below
